I have done three closets with this company, two of which had to be fixed and redone.

The first closet was not functional because the measurements were off and I had to wait a month for it to me fixed. I thought it was a one time issue and used them again.

The second time the back paneling was not secured to the wall and the back panel fell down and the shelves popped out.

They came back to fix both issues, but it was upsetting that it was such a long process in both instances.

Custom Closets Direct completed my install March 5, 2019.
Debbie the designer was great!! Patient and knowledgeable!!
I cant say enough about the two installers. Carlos and his brother showed up on time and worked non stop until job was complete.
They worked clean and cleaned up perfectly when job was complete.
They even assisted in the removal of some of my furniture so the install could proceed. 5 stars!!

We decided to make a small third bedroom into a custom walk-in closet, giving ourselves more room in our bedroom. Thank you Mariama Agi of Magi Designs for bringing us here. My husband and I are very happy with how it turned out, it’s beautiful! Thank you Debbie, the closet designer, who came up with great ideas, plans and solutions giving us everything we wanted. Also, the experienced installer Alex did a fabulous job with his assistant Daniel. Lastly and very importantly, Curt the manager, really showed he cared that everything went well, and he went out of his way to make sure our job was finished beautifully in a very timely manner after being interrupted by the Corona Virus closedown. I love it when people do the right thing !!!
