Horrible customer service . Do not be fooled by the fake niceness in the beginning , those are simply sales tactics . The store is horribly organized for starters . Long story short , Kwania sold me a box spring that she knew was extremely too high for the bed and mattress I purchased . I immediately sent it back with her movers. She was nasty and rude because I chose to send it back . Two weeks went by and I never received a refund . I had to reach out to her and she basically tried to get over and negotiate what she would refund . She then proceeded to add an additional 100$ to my original order to subtract from what she owed me in refund . my order was paid in full after what ever discount or sale had already been given . So she should not have subtracted anything additional from my refund . She also lied and tried to manipulate me on what I paid for the box spring . She only refunded me 60$ and she doesn’t even have box springs that cheap . I let her have it because obviously she needed it more than me . I will never shop with her again nor send any business her way .

Kwania was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable with showing us different examples of sofas to meet our needs and the room dimensions. In the end, she recommended something that we were unsure about because they did not have it in store for us to sit on. We went to Ashley furniture and sat on something nearly exactly the same and loved it. The price was BY FAR better at Kwania’s place.

She was flexible on the delivery date and everything (accommodating with late day delivery). The delivery crew did well with unpackaging and setting up the new sofa!! It is great. Thanks so much for being so patient, Kwania!!

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!!! The older black lady with the salt and pepper hair (THE OWNER) Is nasty and rude ! Rented a UHAUL told her daughter I was moving a washer and dryer I get all the way to my storage unit and the truck doesn’t have a ramp! Had to drive all the way back to get a different truck to only get a truck with the oil light in that sounded like the motor was about blow ! Took it back and the owner was so rude and nasty about it all ! Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication ! She blamed the customer for not saying she needed a ramp I mean she said she was moving a washer and dryer ! Ok but who knew that all uhauls don’t have a ramp Just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!

SHE REPLIES TO THIS COMMENT WITH HOW THINGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN BUT WASNT! SHE EVEN TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK ! FORTUNATELY I WOULD NEVER ESPECIALLY BEING SPOKEN TO IN THE TONE THAT she spoke TO US IN! And wouldn’t after being treated the way we were! PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE OWNING THEIR WRONG DOING! The BOTTOM LIKE IS THE OWNER WAS RUDE, NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL and didn’t conduct business as a business woman!

Ms. Kwania was very helpful at assisting me with furnishing my entire apartment. I know if I would’ve went anywhere else, the piece would have doubled. I highly recommend giving her establishment a visit. You won’t be disappointed. She has endless catalogs of things you can choose from. And majority of the product are in stock. Meaning you won’t have to wait long for your furniture l 10/10 from me!

Revised review: I’ve still been waiting on the rest of my furniture to be delivered. It’s been a month since I’ve ordered from here and I’m a little disappointed on the way things have been handled. I feel like every time I call about my living room set, there’s another excuse on why I haven’t received it. I wanted more to support and buy pieces, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
