10 out of 10 don't recommend! I ordered 23 sofas for my hotel in February of 2022. I paid in full, upfront, roughly $26K. The couches did not arrive until the end of November 2022. Nearly 9 months later and each one had visible upholstery glue on them. Every single one!! Some even had rips from clearly being pushed across cement. Upholstery glue on brown fabric looks...well...like you know. I would like to mention that when they arrive they are wrapped in plastic and boxed which tells me someone knew before putting them on the delivery truck. Mortified by the potential damage to my properties reputation, I placed all 23 rooms out of order and personally contacted guests with reservations for these room types ahead of time. After arguing back and forth for several days, the company finally sent someone to come remove the glue and I was able to put the 23 rooms back in the system as sellable. However, my property lost roughly $14K in revenue while these rooms were down for a little over a week. Between the emotional stress, loss of revenue on my business, and the inconvenience, I felt it seemed right to ask for a partial refund/compensation. I would also like to add that to this day I have yet to receive any kind of apology for the situation from anyone who works for Autrey. That seems very unprofessional. I was denied any partial refund as they felt they resolved the issue by sending someone to clean them up. In conclusion, if you have an option to choose literally any other company then that is what you should do. Clearly, they do not have quality control nor are they looking to build long lasting relationships to generate long-term revenue.
