I just moved into my 1st brand new house and relocated from New Jersey to Florida. I wanted to order an additional cabinet no cabinet to finish off my kitchen. I contacted the supplier which isBaily industries for my home and the order process was relatively simple. 1st spoke to a CSR Rita who directed me to Terri the designer to place a specialty order. These 2 ladies couldn't have been more professional, pleasant to work with, respectful, and understanding. They processed my order and and advise me that it would be 6 to 8 weeks until it was received. The way the housing market is today keeping up with supply is almost impossible, I don't understand why the last reviewer didn't understand that, But they kept me updated and I felt l could call and have my question answered. Nothing to brag about but being from New Jersey we are not particularly known for our patience nor are we for being easy to deal with. My product arrived albeit a little bit late but that's fine and is exactly what I wanted. Bravo Bailey Industries and congratulations on having terrific employees like Rita and Terry!!!!!

We have been waiting for a replacement cabinet for one that arrived damaged since April. It is now August and I'm still unable to get a clear answer from anyone that understands what is going on. I believe they lack a very fundamental part of how to do business and that is to communicate. Between their sales showroom / sales rep, shop, warehouse, installers - there has been an evident disconnect with what was designed / agreed upon and what has been delivered. The installer that started the work did not use certain panels / trim the way it was intended and now my kitchen doesn't look like we planned. They are working to make it right and adapt on the fly but it's been months and no one has told me if the box has even been fabricated to replace the one that was ruined. In addition- I had to buy additional crown since the sales rep never did a field visit to confirm it would fit. Apparently we didn't have this included in my first agreement and the installers didn't have clear direction from the showroom. I would not recommend Bailey to any home owner.
