I ordered the Orion Queen bed and shelving unit with desk from Costco on May 24th.
I have yet to fully install the bed as I am only sent broken pieces. Bestar uses YRC/YELLOW for their freight and they are the worst.
The first delivery had a busted pallet and boxes with broken pieces. I ordered a replacement, YRC lost it. I ordered a second replacement and yet again, the box was damaged and the piece was broken!
It is getting absolutely ridiculous after two months. Please look at using another freight company!

Ordered 3 wardrobes by Bestar but from Costco. Delivery was a bit of a hassle but not at the fault of Costco or Bestar (because it’s a heavy item and we’re in a condo). Wardrobes were easy to put together and look great! Perfect way to clean up and hide clutter!

Purchased a wall bed many years ago, lost some parts in a recent move. Robert from Bestar’s customer service was an absolute delight to do business with. I run a contact centre, and if I could hire more Roberts my life would be easy. Caring, intuitive and cares about your experience - they say you can head someone smile on the other end of the phone, Robert is always smiling.

In Gartners words on customer experience: “the ability to fix a bad experience will leave you in a better position than if everything went well” and Robert has made me confident of Bestars ability to do this. If I have to call again, I look forward to the conversation!

I dont think I will buy certain furniture like this elsewhere ever again.

They delivered the desk in great shape... the packaging also was modern and well thought out.

The color... the finishing... you can tell its built in a really great facility. The instructions too... someone spent long nights thinking them through before putting them on paper. They were easy with a ton of part detail so you do everything only once!

I love my office quality big a$$ L shape desk at my house!

I would not take a star off... I just want to mention this desk's colors are much different in some areas then on the website but I actually like the one I got even more!

If I had to add one thing... I would add a surge protected 12 to 15 outlet powerbar with fast charge USB ports where the incoming power would be behind the concealed areas.

Anyway... great job Bestar!!!!

I searched online for a walk in closet after becoming discouraged from quotes received from local closet organizer companies in the $13k-$16k range. I also saw some of the samples and it was presswood (just like the one used by Bestar,
I was somewhat reluctant to assembling one myself because of the "non-negotiable" sizes of our walk in versus finding a correct fit.
Perhaps some luck, perhaps a complete search, I managed to come across a Bestar model that fit our space with mere millimeters to spare.
At a fraction of the cost of a custom model and in some instances, nicer than the photos I've seen of custom installs, we are tickled pink with this purchase.
Incredibly functional unit with spaces used efficiently and with thought.
Liked it so much we then found a shoe organizer that fit perfectly (again) in the last space where we had set up a mirror.

Des meubles à assembler d’excellente qualité! J’ai assemblé un lit escamotable et c’est du solide! Les explications sont claires, et le résultat est nettement plus solide que chez le concurrent scandinave, pour ne pas le nomer.

C'est mon deuxième bureau chez Bestar, et autant je n'ai rien a dire de négatif sur mon premier achat, que la pour le deuxième sais tout autre choses. La qualité est moindre (chipé) et en plus il manque de la quincaillerie !

J'ai reçu le bureau jeudi le 26 aout par le service de livraison AFG et reçu coin de boite très endommagé, mais bon disons ca peut arrivé...... ok tout enchanté du nouveau mobilier je commence a le monté, pour découvrir qu'il manque de la quincaillerie un plein sac !!!!

Donc je m'empresse le vendredi matin des l'ouvertures a 8H00am d'appeler pour leur en faire part, et la je reçois des excuses de la part de Chrystale c'est bien. Mais la ou il y a un problème c'est que nous sommes lundi le 30 aout et je n'ai toujours pas reçu la quincaillerie !!!

On nous dit que ca va nous être envoyé par Fedex le plus vite possible ! Et bien j'ai travaillé chez Fedex et ta juste a les appelé en avant midi et en après midi ils vont passé ramassé ta marchandise et la livré le lendemain avant 10hrs.

Donc on voit que cette entreprise comme bien d'autres a un service a la clientèle défaillant, et on un slogan genre tous ce qu'on veut c'est votre argent, et pis si ta un problème sois patient.

Voyez la photos de mon bureau actuel une table de fortune parce que je n'ai pas les pièces pour finir d'assemblée le bureau !!! Les panneaux son accoté sur le mur parce qu'après maintenant 4 jours j'attends toujours après la quincaillerie.

J'ai l'habitude de passé par dessus des choses comme ca si je voit de la volonté, mais aucune car je recevrai les pièces manquante seulement mardi............si ca arrive mardi !

Donc désolé mais ca sera mon dernier Bestar ou plutôt Badstar
