Our designer ( Kelly) was amazing and really listened to our wants and needs. She designed our small walk in closet using every inch of space. The installation team was very efficient, left everything neat and clean and were on time. We highly recommend Closet Factory!

Just recently got my closet done by The Closet Factory. Kelly was my designer and it was installed by Azeem and his assistant Abe. Firstly, Kelly was amazing. I had so many questions and changes and concerns and she never lost patience. I am very particular and she understood the assignment immediately! My closet came out beyond perfect! The day of the install, I was very concerned because I have carpet upstairs and I was unsure if the installers would be ok putting on shoe covers, especially with the back and forth to the van to get equipment. They were extremely respectful and gave no qualms about the shoe covers. My closet was done PERFECTLY! I checked on it a few times (I admit I am a bit impatient and was really excited) and they never seemed bothered. I would absolutely highly recommend. My closet looks like a boutique store!

Thrilled with my recent experience with the Closet Factory. Our designer, Mark, was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, patient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave such great feedback & ideas during the consultation phase of the project that I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. We had 3 sets of built-in cabinets done and 2 closets. Abe and Nelson did a excellent job on the installation and we're so happy with the end result. Can't recommend the Closet Factory enough!

I ordered this customized closets through Costco, initially I was a bit skeptical but I was so wrong, the design, designer, service, and installation were fantastic, so many options and price points to choose. My designer Joanie was the best, very friendly. Moreover, I have to say the company was fantastic,, very understanding of my personal situation and putting up with my multiple requests of changing installation dates. I am highly recommended this closet company.

Loved working with my designer Kelly! She’s amazing and very patient! I started with a small project with her in 2022. This project grew and because I was so happy I have been back since with another project. All the spaces that she has helped me with function so much more and are all absolutely beautiful! All of the installers as well have been great! This last project, Radhames showed respect to my home. He put shoe covers on without any requests. I love when people get it without even having to say anything. Also, each time he and his coworker would step outside to trim or retrieve supplies they would take their covers off. When they would return they would put them back on. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen other people in the past walk outside with shoe covers on! That totally defeats the purpose! These little details and more are why I highly recommend the closet factory and would return for future projects.
