Great quality furniture and home decor. You can find anything from rugs, sofas, throws, kitchen accessories, chairs, and so much more. The staff is very helpful and professional. The store is spacious, clean and organized. It also has a bathroom for customers. The merchandise is pricey but has proven quality. Just bought my second sofa and ottoman.

Scheduled a home design consultation. I called 2 days prior to double confirm the appointment as my husband and i both I took off of work in order to be home for this. Spoke to someone at the store and they confirmed!

Then, less than 24 hrs before my actual appointment they cancelled it via email and told me to find another day and time. Not very professional especially when I specifically called to confirm. We both took off work for this! Highly disappointed in the lack of empathy for customers when cancelling.

If I could give zero stars I would.. recently purchased a Smeg espresso machine for $1k and broke down a few months later while descaling. We spoke with Smeg and this store and both have no intention of helping with fixing or whatnot. Store rep Travis is a load of bull. Purchase it through a more reputable seller

My family and I have shopped at this location for many many years now. During our recent visit I was made a bit uncomfortable. My parents and I were walking around the floor looking at chairs to purchase. There were many other people walking around and testing out the furniture just as we were. Yet I felt very singled out. A couple sales people kept watching me sit and test out chairs. They stood from a distance and watched with quite negative facial expressions on. I would like to emphasize that I am a minority and in my mid twenties, but I’ve never caused a problem to any item I look at in the store. Yet I felt like I was being watched like a suspect. Ontop of that, my parents first language is not English, they can speak perfectly fine but I usually talk to sales people since I am comfortable speaking. I walked over to the desk to ask questions about a recliner chair we were interested in. I stood there calmly and respectfully and said excuse me I just have a question about a furniture piece. There were about four sales people behind the desk. One was helping a customer and the other three were just talking amongst themselves. I stood there for about 5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. The sales person wasn’t really kind either, I felt brushed off every time he spoke to me. I felt like a book being judged by its cover and it made me feel horrible. I did not appreciate being treated in a way that made me feel like less than human, whether it be on purpose or not.

I recently moved from CT to Manhasset. I have purchased all of my furniture from
Crate and Barrel amongst many other purchases at Crate and Barrel of Westport. Always a good experience and great customer service. Today, Memorial Day weekend I went into the Manhasset Crate and Barrel to purchase sheets. When I went to check out with the associate the price was $80 more than the sticker below the sheets. So we went to look together and she realized they were in the wrong location and they were not labeled incorrectly. So the associate requested her manager to come over. She came over, aggressive greeting, she said “what’s the problem?” Absolutely no reason for that. She admitted that the sheets I chose were not labeled at all and in the wrong place. She continued to be rude instead of making an appropriate adjustment to a mistake. Instead she said, “ goodbye have a good day”, very sarcastic. I will never purchase anything from Crate and Barrel again. It’s unfortunate that they allow managers to act as such.

TRAVIS WAS AMAZING!
We had so many question regarding exchanges for broken items and purchasing more from our registry, a normal human may have gotten annoyed with us, but luckily we had a superhuman working with us in Travis. He was so kind and helpful, he turned what seemed to be a very stressful experience into an absolute pleasure. Thank you Travis! We hope to work with you again when we come in next.
