I am so thankful to have found Fabric Backing & Finishing out of Alpharetta.

I'm a professional upholsterer and a customer of mine fell in love with a chenille fabric that had an extremely loose weave that did not feel like it was up to the task of being an every day chair. I searched the internet for a company that could add fabric backing which led me to Fabric Backing & Finishing.

My experience from the beginning was great. Lourdes was my rep that handled my account. I received plenty of detailed information about their wide array of options for backing and treatments that can be added. It was so simple to have my fabric vendor mail my roll of fabric to them for processing.

The turnaround time for the knit backing application was at most 5 days.

When I received the fabric, I was extremely impressed with the added strength the glue/knit added to the fabric. I was MORE impressed that on my ten yard roll there were NO wrinkles, creases or imperfections.

I will definitely be using them again for my customers' future needs!

Unprofessional conduct. Office manager is sarcastic and made no effort to solve the problem they created. I was double charged $411.95. They cashed my check and said they never received it. My CC was also charged. I asked for a CC refund and was told they didn't know when their accounting person would be at work and they could not do a refund.
Because I wanted to know when the refund would be done, they said I was a problem. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled is what is called "customer service". This "office manager" has no idea as to what Customer service is. She needs more training.
I asked to speak with her boss and she refused to transfer me or to give that individual's name. I am filing a dispute with my CC.

I requested both by email and phone, that the owner please call to help resolve my situation. Both of my requests went unanswered.
It is unfortunate that a customer has to post an online review, to get a response, when that company owes the customer a $411.65 credit, due to their error.
Lourdes, you are not qualified to attest to your office manager's conduct, as you never heard the conversations. She was rude, unprofessional and refused to help arrange my refund.
To provide context: my check for $411.65 was received by your office around 4/3/24 cleared 4/11/24. I was told 4/16/24 it had not been received and my CC was then charged $411.65.
You have had 10 days, not 48 hrs. to resolve your error and send a refund. In response to my online review, you state a check was cut today. When can I expect it?
Your office staff did not provide, as you state your "exceptional customer service". Not my experience at all. I guess
it is hit and miss. Customers take your chances, maybe you'll get lucky.
