We had a very poor experience with the delivery process, but I believe this reflects Blue Truck Logistics rather than Georgia Artisan.

Though the furniture pieces are beautiful, we had several quality issues. We purchased three pieces of furniture and were missing some screws.
1. One side of the headboard did not fit to the bed frame rail due to a trim piece and needed modified.
2. The footboard attachment bolts go up against the drawer slides causing the supplied wing nuts to not work.
3. The bench at the foot of the bed has the hinges mounted in a way that causes the bench to not be able to sit next to the bed. It requires a 1.5” gap from the bed to open. Furthermore, I asked for the bench to be able to meet up to the bed (it does not because of the above) and asked for the bench to be the same width as the bed. The markup that was sent to us ahead of time indicated the width of the bench would be ½” less than the bed (which I approved). The actual measurements indicate it is 4” wider than the bed, which causes a tripping hazard and is awkwardly wide compared to the bed.

Had an excellent experience with GA Artisan. I only live about an hour and a half from their shop so I went to visit them last summer. Met Andrew and learned all that they could do with this beautiful wood. Ordered a farmhouse table, benches,chairs and barstool chairs. They delivered them a couple months later and they were so nice so sturdy had so much character that we ordered 3 more tables! They can build anything to your specs and for the quality of this furniture the price is more than fair. Trying to find another place in the house for my next table! Truly impressive.

OMG ... I LOVE my new, custom made dining table! The table was made to the exact measurement, color and style that I ordered. The experience was streamlined and it was a joy to work with the staff along the way.
Even though the delivery truck had to cross a snowy mountain pass, they delivered it ontime AND carried it through the snow and set up the table in my dining room!
I absolutely LOVE my new table and highly recommend this company and their craftsmanship!

We purchased the farm table and two benches. It took a while for them to get delivered but boy, was it worth the wait! The table is absolutely gorgeous and completely transformed the room. It wasn’t cheap but absolutely worth it. Customer service was responsive and easy to deal with. Great overall experience. I would recommend Georgia ArtisNs very highly

Beautiful Custom bed. My husband literally gave them descriptions and dimensions over the phone and they were able to build our dream bed! We highly recommend! Also Rex and his partner were very friendly during the delivery.

From the get go they were easy to deal with. Very quick to respond and work with me on our custom requirements. They hand delivered to our place in north Georgia and were careful to take good care. The table, bench, and chairs are all very solidly built and we think they look great. The chairs can seat even me at 350+ pounds, relatively comfortably. This suits our large family well and even gives us room for some guests. Very happy with it.

My spouse and I recently purchased a farm table (with the dark stain) from Georgia Artisan. I wanted to go with a local artisan because most tables from big stores are made with MDF these days. So when I got the chance to work with a small business I took the opportunity. And I am so glad I did. Not only did they make a fantastic product, they hand delivered it. The business is located in Georgia and we are in New England. Georgia Artisan really goes the extra mile for their customers and I could not be more pleased.

At first I was unsure about the size but the owner was more the willing to email back and forth to answer my questions and to talk on the phone when necessary. Truly a good experience. I use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.
