Friendly people got there got right into a dock. Kinda tight for sleepers to back in when all docks have tractors connected trailers. Because of the curb in front of docks. If most docks easy to back in. Got load quickly and was on my way.

Some of the management was very friendly. I liked what I did there. Other management cussed you out in broad daylight. I got called a dumba$$ by the engineering manager. I also got threatened that he was going to kick my a$$ too. Reporting it to the HR did nothing. I was apparently caught in more trouble for not doing my job correctly. They asked me, to fix this problem, if I wanted to sit in a corner separate from everyone else. HA HA HA. I was manipulated by the VPO when he asked me if the engineering manager should really be fired for words. According to your handbook yes. But because of his "vast" knowledge in wood working they wanted him so much more and looked beyond his treatment of his employees. My last review was removed apparently so I'll keep posting this until it stays. Treat your employees with respect.

Saw alot of favertism take place within management. No quality standard's. Got these people called " zone leaders" and more than half of them dont know nothing about the work they're in charge of and Jeff Miller the owner and CEO George Mason take advantage of the minorities who been there for several years and they got roach problems in the cafeteria.
