I got a custom couch today it’s so beautiful! The craftsmanship’s is to die for✨ it’s so light for such furniture The customer service was outstanding they are nice and quick
They also work so hard they moved my couch to the truck and wrap it all up and tied it all down to keep it safe. there is nothing I could even ask for them to do differently I want to buy more!!!

Worst Customer Service I Have Experince At Home Mart Furniture.

Wasted Time & Gas Taking A Trip Downtown. I Called To See If They Had A Certain Item In Stock. He Asked For The Stock Number & Said Yes He Had The Chair. Drove All The Way Downtown 1 Hour Later For Him To Tell Me He Only Had The Item I asked For In White. I Suggested To Him That They Need To Update Their Website & Inventory With The Correct Stock Number. Sitting In My Van As I’m Writting This Review, He Comes Outside To Argue With Me Trying To Prove He Was Right. When I Asked Him ashy Did He Come Outside To Argue With Me & He Said, To Take My Apogoly Back. Lol What A Waste Of A Human Being.

Home mart has bad customer service I buy one rug on line and charge my credit 250 after that send me damage and old rug and I call him too meny time and send him too meny email he never Response to me and never answer so now he take 250 Mony from me and give me damage ruge he show customer on line good rug and send some thing different now I need my mony he never answer me.
