I have a 4 year old tandem axle trailer and the hub completely broke off the axle. Upon inspection the weld job was awful. The dealer I purchased it from was not helpful at all. No return calls from hustler. I just want you to be aware you have a lot of trailers on the road with significantly bad welds.

WOW! Jeff is top notch. Him and his crew went above and beyond. Ensuring we knew all the ends and outs and how to properly maintain our Hustler trailer to last a long time. Jeff and his team fabricated a custom trailer for my Allison bass boat based on the OEM trailer, with improvements incorporated over the original design. Communication with Jeff before, during, and after the build was great. The design and fabrication process produced a top quality trailer in every aspect and detail. Great trailers can build any kind you want boat or utility but have to go through a dealer to buy there are many local businesses to buy from had no problem with it. You can customize anything on it to sure your needs. I've seen alot of trailer sold by other places and they don't compare to the quality of Hustlers trailer. Best, they can also recondition your old boat trailer and bring it back to new again.

Broken axle on our boat trailer sitting on the side of the road. Willing to spend whatever necessary to get a new axle or parts or new trailer if need be. A friend actually recommended these folks. Gave them a call lady who answered was very rude they have axles but there is no one there that can sell me one this week the owner is on vacation. Not sure why they are still open if no one else can do anything when he isn't there. Thanks for the help.

Won't return phone calls. I bought a trailer for a tritoon, average weight around 3400 lbs. The sticker for the weight carrying capacity is 1799 or about half the weight of tritoons. I think the sticker is wrong but can't get the company to discuss and correct. If the sticker is right, then I would not have bought the trailer.

The quality of the trailers is fantastic. I've had my trailer 15 years. The most reliable. It made it to Colorado and back.
