Great company, and amazing customer service! Had an issue with a pedal I bought and was able to bring it right in, since I live in Oklahoma, and Sean got me fixed right up. I'm new to using Keeley pedals, I own 2 now, and many more to come in the future. Whichever pedal you choose, you're not only getting a great piece of gear, but a backing from a company that stands behind their products 100%.

I cannot say enough good about Robert Keeley, and his wonderful pedals. The customer service is second to none. The variety of effects is vast so you're sure to find something you love. I discovered them way back in 04 and its truly amazing the growth the company has undergone. This is where the boutique pedal craze started as far as I'm concerned. Do not hesitate to check out Keeley pedals. You'll be glad you did.

What can I say about Keeley Electronics that will do the company justice! Their products are simply the best on the market, I’ve owned loads of different pedals from all manufacturers and Roberts just seem to be that bit better than the rest. Keeley make the products we all know and love but they make them with the player in mind and it’s not just about adding another feature unnecessarily. If I need a new pedal I genuinely check Keeley first before looking else where, the go to pedal brand!

Not only do they have the best products but also the best customer service, should the rare occurrence come that something goes wrong Robert will go to the end of the earth to make sure it is put right, service level money can’t buy!

I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new pedal, the prices are right, they definitely have the pedal you want and I guarantee you it is one of those pedals that NEVER leaves your board.

I had an issue with the new Halo pedal. I live in Netherlands. I gave a call to them in USA and talked with Jason who was covering Sean, from Customer Service. They did ask to me to destroy the unit before shipping a new one. I explained that I wouldn't like to do it before receiving a new one just to do not stay without it while waiting for the new. Fully understand that they may be afraid that I cheat on them, etc. But I said I wouldn't, etc. So, they shipped to me the new one, which took impressive, only, 3 days to arrive in NL. Of course, I did record the destruction, with tears in my eyes, of the other unit and shared with them. This is only the second pedal I have from Keeley. I confess that was impressed with their behavior trusting a strange and shipping the new unit. I can only thanks the trust and HIGHLY recommend buying from them, no matter where you are in the planet Earth, you will experience the BEST customer service I have ever seen. Ok to be honest, Bose, also has an amazing customer service team 😉
