Purchased QBOT V3 for my wife, had a referral from friends regarding the product and I must agree, great responsive company to deal with, easy to use, intuitive and wonderful results. Lots of options to choose from and can't recommend the product enough. Wife is happy as a clam quilting away.

I upgraded my sewing machine and needed to upgrade my Qbot for it. I was very happy about being able to contact Litenup and get all the critical information for my upgrade. I also had to contact their customer service for information and support. They were great with sharing information and great with getting me the things I needed to get back sewing. Great company, and great customer service and support.

I purchased QBOT at a quilt show over ten years ago, updating from V.2 to V.3 without any problems. Recently we moved to another state, 1400 miles - and did not realize movers bent a brace for one of the motors until QBOT could not move my longarm. Contacted support and after sending pix of everything they asked for, finally mailed them parts in question, which they tested and determined I had a couple of things that needed replacing. They were very responsive, sending the parts I needed and recommended another upgrade which would help correct a minor issue I was having with design placement. My QBOT now runs perfectly. I was nervous about mailing parts back and forth but it worked out great. I recommend this product and company to anyone considering a digital quilting system for their longarm!

Liten Up Inc is the best! I have had a couple quilting emergencies and Liten Up has really saved me. I had a quilt on my machine for a customer that needed to be finished and I had an machine issue. I called Liten Up and they were able to get me the parts in a couple days. They are very
professional, very friendly and most importantly, they really go out of there way to help you.

The support team with Qbot is fantastic! Great response in a very short period of time. I'm very new to Qbot and I had trouble getting the connection between my longarm and the Qbot. They were very helpful in helping to solve the problem quickly. I'm so excited to get stitching!

About 5 years ago we purchased a King Quilter longarm with frame, with the Quilt-EZ robot, for home use. After a couple of months of constant guidance from the Quilt EZ techs we were going nowhere and decided to cut the losses and replace it with Qbot V3. From the beginnings Qbot worked acceptably. We just needed to fine tune everything to get better results, including mechanical upgrades to the frame carriages and the Qbot wires.
Being satisfied with Qbot, we just upgraded to V3 Pro and the difference was worth the cost, many times over. Pro has some features that saves hours of planning and tweaking and general aggravation.
Recently, for the first time and because of the upgrade, I had to contact Liten Up Technical support and I received all the answers I needed in a very timely matter, which prompted me to write this review.

I have been longarm quilting for over 5 years and have 3 different longarm machines. I have been dealing with Lien Up for over 10 years between there stitch regulator and longarm computer control system. I have found them to be VERY responsive and progressive. Best of class customer support and makers of the very BEST longarm control system in there price range. Best designed and most complete. You can NOT beat there quality of customer service. Both FAST and efficient. They are in a class by themselves in the under $10,000.00 systems.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have had to use them three times now for products that they have provided in the Tin Lizzie Quilters. They have the poorest of customer service. The only way to communicate with them is via email. It takes months and months for them to resolve issues and then they do not warranty their work. Research the machine that you are purchasing and verify that it does not have parts from Liten Up. You will regret your purchase should you have to deal with these people. From speaking with people in the quilting industry, this is the experience that everyone has with Liten Up. They are zero stars but apparently that is not an option.
