OK OK I'm cheap (ahem... frugal), so I drove all the way out to Lake Barrington, which is right next to where Jesus left his sandals. I was looking for a way to avoid the retail markup on something I already decided to buy.
As it turns out, Outdoor Interiors is Wholesale only not Retail. I saw a sign on the door and drove back home a little cheesed off.

The owner took the time to respond to my concerns, which I thought was really nice.

They import and distribute furniture to retail stores(Wayfair Houzz and the like) and high end garden centers(Lurveys). I understand that they don't want to compete (by selling at their warehouse) at the risk of damaging relationships with their designated retailers. They work hard to develop those relationships.

If life has blessed you with the budget to pay 5-10k for an outdoor patio set, Outdoor Interiors distributes the finest quality outdoor furniture I have ever sat my hind end in.

Compliments to Outdoor Interiors for exceeding my expectations as a customer. They sell quality furniture and back it with exceptional customer service. Last summer I bought an outdoor dining set and two matching eucalyptus lounge chairs. The lounge chairs were for my wife's birthday and she was excited to update the old set. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition and assembled quickly. However she wasn't 100% satisfied with the lounge chairs and said they needed a cushion. The price and style was perfect so I wrote a quick review saying the chairs looked great but weren't very comfortable. Customer Support took action, contacted me to validate the review and see if they could help. After a short conversation we agreed to try cushions and keep the lounges. Outdoor Living even threw in a complimentary side table and hard wood cleaning/care kit to oil and protect my furniture. Glad we kept them because we absolutely love the set. A year later, they are still in great shape and provided comfortable relaxation.

We ordered two chairs last year, had a small problem, and realized after working with this company that they will go above and beyond to make things right! More often than not, I expect to be disappointed when it comes to customer service and how a product is backed. Outdoor Interiors is one of the rare companies left that treat their customers with understanding and generosity. Based on my experience, this is a great company and I would feel very comfortable making future purchases with them!

This is Jane E., posting my first review anywhere, so you know I am really impressed with our oval Eucalyptus 7-piece Fold and Store Outdoor dining set. This is the most clever and compact storage system I have ever seen. The opening and closing up of the table works beautifully, and with Tim's care and advice, our first sunset dinner was tastier than ever (and it sure wasn't due to my cooking!)

I received damaged merchandise, but due to the COVID issues, I was flat out unable to get any kind of assistance from the shipper; they were not taking calls, and my order was no longer in their system, leave me absolutely no recourse. I called Outdoor Interiors and from the start, got tremendous response and satisfaction. I purchased 6 chairs model 46520.
The arm height was tall than listed on the sight and would not fit under the apron of my table.
When I contacted the company they were very accommodating. I asked if there was a way to make the leg
Shorter and they DID! They were in constant contact by email and was more than willing to help me.
So excited to have the chairs. They look great and are comfortable!
