Communication & customer service is terrible. Only reason why they got 2 stars was because I still received my furniture but in the future I know not to go to them.

Update: my bed ended up collapsing because they put my bed together incorrectly I had to order a new bed frame from Home Depot !! Just get your furniture from Home Depot chile ?

Just don’t do it to yourself!! This place has beautiful furniture, but beware that if you ever need to cancel anything, you will go thru hell and back before getting your money back. You can never get anyone on the phone and to top it off, when you do get someone on the phone, all they do is give you the run around. Please note, I’ve been wanting to cancel my order since Feb 26th. Delivery date was supposed to be March 2nd. No one has ever called me to even arrange a delivery so clearly the order was cancelled. However, no one has been responsible enough to call and give me a refund, respond to my calls or give me a precise answer.

It was hard to identify salesmen and I had to wait a long while to be helped. There were also many items out of stock (a universal condition these days). I think they are doing their best in difficult situations, but still they could have been better organized and more forward in helping customers.
