We had the pleasure to work with Jon. He sold us the entire tiki island without us even having to go in the store. Simon did the install and was also great. This Paradise Grill component really transformed our backyard into an oasis.

We stepped into Paradise Grills out of curiosity and were awed by what we saw. Beautiful array of outdoor kitchen setup and many choices. We were confounded and then we met Ian. Ian did an amazing job outlining the different options and selections available in an outdoor kitchen. We placed an order and had delivery about 7-8 days after. I can heap enough praise on Ian. He addressed every question or concern that we had. He made us feel that we made the right choice when we left and with the kitchen now sitting in our courtyard we are sure that we did. I can’t imagine that Paradise Grills has a better sales person than Ian. Great job,Ian. You’re an amazing fella. KUDOS!!!

I got my GX10 unit at paradise grills and am very happy with it!
It is very well made, and will strong material! Will last a lifetime!
Ask for Ian if you’re planning to visit the showroom. He’s very knowledgeable and I’m glad I took his advice on which unit and components to go with.

The service here was amazing. I worked with Ian. He was awesome to work with. He spent a lot of time patiently answering our 50 million questions with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with throughout the entire process. He was extremely prompt and walked me through the process. If you go there make sure you ask for Ian!
