We purchased our ? Outdoor Kitchen with Paradise grills and when it arrived, the chair rails, and the three refrigerators and grill were rusted. We immediately notified the manufacturer and paradise sent out a representative to polish the stainless steel. However, they were unsuccessful in removing the rust. Paradise Grill customer service is unwilling to replace, the brand new appliances as their warranty states rust is not covered. This is absolutely unacceptable as the items were delivered in that manner in our brand new condition unused. Not the quality we were expecting considering the price we paid for this kitchen! We are hoping Paradise kitchen will do the right thing and replace the defective rusted appliances.

Had a great experience at the Sumter Landing location in the villages, the sale prices were great, staff was very friendly and inviting. Loved the tikis and umbrella sets, the showroom was immaculately kept and looked great! We stopped by Paradise Grills just to be nosey and ended up purchasing the Aruba 6 outdoor kitchen! The sales representative, Garrett, was super nice and engaging and made us feel special even though we showed no desire to make a purchase. Unbeknownst to Garrett, I am a grilling fanatic and did plan on purchasing an outdoor kitchen in the next two years. Well after such personable attention, superb products and keen product knowledge, we were sold. Not to mention, we received a fantastic price. Further, I decided to purchase a membership to Paradise Grills so I can receive discounts on additional grill accessories!

We had a wonderful experience at the Paradis Grills in Clermont, Fl on Hwy 50. Our experience spanned several weeks as we kept checking back in with Brandon and asking more questions each time. He was very helpful in the store and over the phone with things like measurements, support structure specs because we had to relocate an existing water and electrical line, add-on options, and most importantly he was not at all pushy. We have a complicated delivery location but Brandon asked all the right questions to make sure we would have no issues on delivery date.

We still have a few small items on backorder but Brandon has been in constant communication with us about delivery dates and our options should we desire to save a few days and pick up our products at the warehouse. Love the quality of everything and its really amazing how well all of the installations smudges and what appeared to be scratches cleaned up beautifully with a top grade stainless steel cleaner- - everything looks perfect!

We were thinking we would need to paint the lower body but the white actually works much better than we thought it would. We will be leaving it in the original white. Any hand smudges have cleaned up nicely with soap and water.

There were a few loose screws here and there from the installation that we tightened ourselves with no trouble. Delivery team was really pleasant and the process took most of the day so I have not adjusted my review at all based on that. It seems likely as well that the delivery service is outsourced and I'm sure Paradis Grills can only control so much on that end once things leave the warehouse.

We were also told that delivery could be 3-4 weeks out, but to our surprise, our unit was delivered in 3 days after calling!

We decided not to go with the Paradise Grill stools as our view really demands a swivel chair. We were concerned about purchasing our own chairs as the Paradise Grill countertops are actually about 2 inches lower than a standard "bar height" chair and "counter height" would definitely be too low. Our standard-height bar stools are perfect for anyone to sit comfortably at the bar.

I had a few questions about the counter top material and actually was able to track down the manufacturer of the porcelain. I was really pleased to hear that the product is Italian made and the raw slabs are then fabricated into the unique Paradise Grill tops with the honeycomb interior in Spain before being shipped to the US. that explains the excellent quality and craftsmanship I see in the countertops. I had a really fantastic conversation with the manufacturer and he seemed thrilled to answer all my curious questions. He also told me that my color, Titanium Gray, is not used by anyone in the world except Paradise Grills- I do indeed have a very unique, custom high-end product! Thank you!

I bought an outdoor bar and grill 5 years ago At the New York State Fair and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. My initial experience with the sales man was fine and the set up crew was good. The first year with the bar and grill was fine but after that it went downhill. Due to NY snow the bar and grill doesn’t get used and is covered for the winter months. Every year I open up the bar and grill i have new issues, it’s literally falling apart. I’ve called to have someone repair the bar within the first year but they did not do a good job on the repairs. Also because they are out of state they don’t come and do the repairs unless they have a delivery in your area. The repairs that they did do took almost 2 1/2 months before they came to take a look at it. The tiles on the top of the bar are literally coming up and the sealer in between the tiles is cracking apart. The tiles on the front wall of the bar have fallen off and broke into pieces. At this point I feel like it was money wasted and I would not have bought it had I known this was going to happen. I now have to call a local company and see if the can do the repairs and pay for it out of pocket since it’s been over a year and the tile damage is not covered. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point.
