Love our 2020 Ascent and the company too! We were fortunate to have been in the Saskatoon area and requested a factory tour and Grant came through. Anybody can request one ahead of time too through the company. Grant gave us a thorough tour and we were able to see the latest models at different stages of production. We even got to check out the new dual twin bed floor plan design model that had not been released yet. It was interesting to hear the behind the scenes thought processes that have gone into the creation of the products over the years. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and that goes for the entire team from the receptionist all the way up. Mike and Jay in service and support were really friendly and helpful too both online and in person, and gave us good insight and tips! Thanks!

I purchased a used 1918 Pleasure-Way Lexor with 30,000 miles. I could tell it is built better than any RV I've ever owned. But what really impresses me the most is their Customer Service. I had some questions and the first time I contacted them through their website I received a PHONE CALL the next day and the problem was solved (one that I caused). Then I had questions about spare parts and where to get them. I emailed them with about 10 questions and within hours I had answers, part numbers and vendors as to where to get them. This latest dealing with them I had an issue with a draw and bathroom light. The same day I received an email and all my questions answered. Again the light and draw where issues I caused and not the quality of the van. These people stand by their products 100% and make them easy to own. Ryan is the best. Did I mention I bought it used? I'll never own another brand.

We have had three Pleasure-Ways in the past 25 years and are very impressed with PWs attention to detail and quality of construction. Our present PW XLMB has a five year warranty with solar, Truma Instant hot water, a 6.7 CF three way refrigerator, hand built wooden cabinets and solid Corian counter tops and now comes standard with two lithium batteries. It has the largest walk-in shower of any Class B+ and lots of extra room with the Queensize Murphy Bed up in the wall. I am a Electronic Technician and love the multiplex wiring which is normally only found in high end RVs. Since I retired we are spending over three months a year on the road and it is almost like living at home. The two 32 inch LED HD TVs make watching movies and games easy with one inside and one in the outside entertainment center. I highly recommend Pleasure-Way to anyone wanting a high quality small easy to park RV. Bill Felder, USAF Retired

Well worth making an appointment to tour the factory. We own our second Pleasure-Way motorhome and are very impressed by the craftsmanship and personal attention that the company employees share. We drove all the way from North Carolina in our Lexor and were greeted like family.

Do not be fooled by the "reputation" of Pleasure-way. As the years pass and die so does this joke of a company. The induction stove in my new Tofino stopped working during the first use before the warranty expired 01/06/24.(before a pot of water came to a boil). I called PW and spoke to Ryan who was not able to resolve it and did not seem to know how to help me it was very awkward. The call ended with Ryan making me think it was my fault such as not correctly resetting the battery, GFCI or breaker panel. Shortly afterward, I called again and spoke to a different gentleman who said, very quickly, the induction stove was broken but the warranty expired. PW will not honor warranties. The PW warranty is worth $0.00. Finally, I am extremely disappointed with PW and, absolutely, do not recommend PW.

Well, we bought a new Plateau in 08 and traded it in for one in 2018. We had awesome trips and surely enjoyed the classy quality. However there were issues with the first vehicle not related to PW (being at the time a Dodge Sprinter) and this time we had some issues with the PW part of the camper.
We are Not impressed with their customer service but where today does one get service? The Can-Am RV dealership also was only helpful until we payed for it
Those experiences are frustrating but we still think we have a good RV and the support system of google to find people who are kind enough to describe their problems and the solutions they found!
Remember that it’s not just a vehicle but also a small house. Both come with problems. But don’t stay home, adventures are waiting for you, we had so many beautiful times, would never trade them despite the hick ups.
