We have been purchasing all types of furniture from this store for years and have been very satisfied with each and every purchase. This purchase we bought 2 types of recliners and our salesman Dante was fantastic. Dante followed up each selection with details that really helped us make our decision. Regarding the Ashley recliner purchased for $800, I’m thrilled. The fabric is soft in a warm beige. It can be adjusted to any shape my recovery from two spine surgeries may wish.
However, it was purchased brand new in July, then stopped working properly beginning of September. An employee came out and identified the problem as a faulty motor. The replacement was ordered but following weeks passed. Last week, October 23, 2024, the manager finally fully responded, taking it as seriously as I had been since another surgery is on November 5.
A new recliner was delivered.
Now I am happy again with the quality of the chair and the service from R & R. Manager AJ took a long time however now I am satisfied.

Today my boyfriend and I headed in just to look for a sectional for our new house, it was our first stop out of many furniture stores we planned to visit! We were greeted by all the staff but no one felt like they were pushy sales people. Peter was just amazing, we loved him! Peter was so funny, kind, helpful and professional. And by the time we left we bought a lot more than just a couch. AMAZING INVENTORY! My partner and I agreed to make this our on going furniture store. I wish I could give a higher rating! Thanks Peter! (First time here btw)

This place has great deals on furniture and everyone is so helpful. They offer delivery at a flat rate if you don’t have access to a truck. The delivery staff was very professional and punctual. All in all a great experience! I definitely recommend checking this place out.

We are new to the area and just happened upon R & R Furniture in Santa Maria when we were walking from Home Depot over to Walmart to get our shopping done. We peeked in and met Peter, great, kind, and super patient with us, he instantly won over my 82 yr old mom and so thoroughly impressed my husband, that I started seriously shopping for our livingroom. Well now here we are, lounging on our lovely sofa and really appreciating the incredible delivery men, Issac and Johnny. They were on time, strong, happy to help, and all together making our shopping experience AMAZING!!!! We even have money left over for the rest of the house, seriously, the prices were unbelievable!!! Thank you from VERY happy newcomers!!!

Bait and switch that’s exactly what they do. I bought a couch and loveseat and they sent me a used defective set. The sofa smells like someone’s stinking feet and I hope I don’t get bed bugs from their delivery truck. I was going to let it go and buy new furniture but this is covered under warranty. This is not the set I bought.
Ashley has a 30 day return. I’m want to return this trash. I bought new furniture not used returned furniture.
I problem should have never told them I was a disabled veteran. They gave me the veterans deal
