Nice place. Unique fabrics. No customer service skills what so ever. Walked in and all the people that worked there, know one greeted me. The person at the desk did not raise her head once from her phone. There were no prices on the rhinestone appliqué. Will not be going back. I will keep my business at Fine Fabrics.

I am always impressed and pleased by the service I receive from this establishment. I am based in Louisiana but have visited this store many times so whenever I am in need, I know I can count of Rosa Fabrics to deliver. The quality of their products & service always exceeds the value paid.
I called them on Monday in regards to a product I saw on their Instagram page (@rosafabricsatl) and the representative that assisted me responded quickly and efficiently. They shipped my order the same day I placed it and my item is out for delivery today. This is the 2nd or 3rd time Rosa has saved me. I am eternally grateful and strive to have the customer service they display in my business one day. 1 million thank you's. If I can edit this review, I will add photos of my product once it arrives.

This is my new go to fabric store! Customer service is A+ and the fabric selections are amazing and affordable. The two young ladies that assisted me were knowledgeable and personable! They were so patient and provided invaluable advice on my sewing project! They know their fabrics!

Kind of easy to miss so I hope a lot of people see this review tucked in a nice group of stores between the Chevron gas station and imperial fez. The guy who runs the store is incredibly kind and helpful, I walked into the store for my first time with loads of questions and he answered everyone of them. Never did I feel dumb or like a bother which was very assuring, I was even showed other cheaper options which was good to know that not every business is after all your money.
Great prices on fabric, great store, great guy thank you. I will definitely come back for any future projects involving fabrics.

Had what I needed and it’s close to town. Pricing is great. Customer service needs to be worked on though. A greeting just wasn’t a thing, I had to say “excuse me” because I wasn’t offered assistance, and the owner was dry and had no personality. However, if you are going for personality haha you’re in the wrong place but if you are looking for fabric at the last minute perfect place. I love seeing African American people doing well but, I wish we could work on our personality in regards to communication.

My visited Rosa for the first time the other day & though the quality & selection of fabric was great, the customer service was as dry as the desert. Not sure if it’s bc I look super young or what. When I walked in, the owner or boss looked right at the door without even saying a thing. It took 5 min for the associate to even acknowledge me. As a new aspiring creative, IM not an expert in shopping for fabric however I expected a more personable experience -esp since I was the only customer in the store. The personalizes of the associate & owner were just not welcoming at all. The owner only offered his dry response when I asked abt a price. I value customer service way more than product esp when considering where to shop regularly. So although there were items I really wanted to order from Rosa’s I decided to purchase one item & take my business elsewhere. I live nearby but I’d rather drive to Jimmy Carter if it means better service. On a better note, their selection exceeded my expectation. Lots of unique fabric/ patterns.
