We purchased the Finley crib set and we LOVE it!!! The furniture is beautiful and of such high quality. The purchasing and delivery process were fast and easy. I had purchased a full baby room set in a beautiful Chocolate Bisque color. I absolutely love the color and was so happy with the furniture quality that I just purchased the toddler rail and the adult rails because I can see my son using this furniture and having it last for a very long time. Shipping was amazingly fast and the company was so easy to deal with. Would absolutely do business with them again!!! Thank you Christine <3

First let me say how much I love the furniture, but mostly this review is being written about their customer service. I bought a convertible crib, ordered the toddler rail over a year ago to only find out now that it doesn't fit. I don't know if it was purchase error or I was sent the wrong one at this point, but when reaching out to Amazon they wouldn't return it so I contacted Sorelle directly, Matt was amazing. He understood my issue, was super responsive and quickly shipped out the correct one after my return was received. With so many non-customer focused businesses these days its nice to see that some really do care about their customers satisfaction. Thank you Matt and Sorelle!

Reached out to them about getting a replacement piece for a broken part for our crib. Matt was super kind and helpful and was able to get a replacement piece sent out the same day I called them. Excellent customer service and a wonderful company! These days it’s hard finding good company’s that stand by their products. Will buy from them again!

The combination crib, toddler bed and full size bed combo we purchased is very good quality and held up well over the years. When it was time to order the extra parts to convert the toddler bed, to a full size bed, ($220.00 worth) the instructions were almost impossible to follow. I have had IKEA instructions that were easier to follow than what came with this kit. I am very handy at building things and it took me over 3 hours to complete. I would still recommend this product, but do your customers a favor and improve the assembly instructions.

Beautifully made crib and great bedside bassinets! Really well made furniture I feel comfortable putting my son in and it looks great. The dresser fits so many things and works as the perfect changing table. Couldn’t recommend this furniture more.

We love our convertible Sorelle crib! We have used it as a crib, toddler bed, and are now transitioning to a full size bed. Customer service is truly outstanding. A special shout out to Christine in NJ for her superb product knowledge and kindness. I highly recommend this company!

I absolutely LOVE all the furniture sets I have purchased from Sorelle. I just ordered my third bedroom set that has yet to be put together (will edit with photos once it has been)

I really love the Providence set (brown one) there is a night stand as well that isn't included in my pictures.
I ordered by first set (providence) from Buy Buy Baby - no issues. Initially i got the Nightstand from Walmart because late 2020 there were some challenges getting the whole set through Buy Buy Baby. The Walmart Nightstand was damaged, but no problems returning it. A few months later when it was back in stock, I purchased from Buy Buy Baby.
The second set (Princeton) from Bambi baby - a little pricier, but it was in 2021 when finding complete sets seemed difficult. Bambi Baby may also be a little pricier in general.
The third set (Portofino-no pics yet) I ordered directly from Sorelle, which in my opinion, is always the way to go when possible.

The customer service with Sorelle is also incredible. When debating which company to purchase nursery furniture from, Sorelle is absolutely the company to use. When friends/family go into the kids rooms, they always make comment about how nice the furniture is (after they get over the fact that their rooms are a mess! ❤️)
