Amazing company to work with. Great product, great customer service. Delivery was on time and well communicated. Highly recommended. Our old kitchen cabinets and drawers were non-functional and dated. We wanted to replace the base cabinets, add a dishwasher and match the original upper cabinets. The Crate People worked with us seamlessly. We love the industrial style and it made our kitchen function as both a prep area and a great place to relax with friends. For upgrades in the future, I would definitely use this company again. Thanks so much Team Crate People.

Great customer service and great quality. Very professional manner and handling with the products (6 wooden ladders). The owner even helped me load them into my van and gave me ropes to tie them down so the ladders wouldn't shake too much during my trip back. He truly is a lifesaver.

I would definitely recommend the Crate People for those who are interested in looking for all sorts of antique and vintage furnitures.

Looked on the crate people’s website, then called Anthony to get a few questions answered. He was personable and helpful. We ordered a 40” x 40” cocktail table and two end tables. (Reclaimed wood).
All three pieces were delivered about 3 weeks later, - well protected inside custom shipping crates. They are amazing! Very happy with the quality & designs. They are truly one of a kind vintage pieces.

Ordered a fabulous ottoman from this company. Such great and unique pieces. Spoke with Anthony he answered a couple questions and told me my custom ottoman would be completed in 2 weeks. I received my ottoman in LESS than 2 weeks. It looks amazing I am so pleased and would definitely recommend this company. BTW- from the very first time I called this company, Anthony answered their phones (no leave a message) and he responded to all my emails immediately. Great customer service is so rare these days it was very refreshing and made the experience so much nicer!

I honestly think that the Crate People took the two earlier reviews to heart and improved their service. I could not have been more pleased with the custom credenza that Anthony and the team created for our company. Our credenza combines the craftsmanship of our company's founders as seen in our 50 year old crates and blended it with the sleek precision of iron and wood. The biggest compliment came from one of our long-time workers here. He said that "he moved a lot of parts in those crates and he loves how we blended the old with the new." I couldn't have said it better myself. Thanks again Crate People.

I needed two plywood crates on wheels 5ftx3ft for my chocolate business. I dealt with the owner Anthony which was very understanding of my simple order of two crates. He explained at length how much of a quality work they'd provide and how complicated the process of building the crates was. I thought for myself well "a crate is a crate not much to invent here" and unwillingly agreed to a high price.
I picked up the crates today and they are well made and solid. However there are simple made of common Home Depot plywood.
I couldn't believe that I was paying these guys a $1000 per crate. so I expressed my discontent to Anthony . His only reply was that he had to spend 20k monthly to keep his door open and I should have asked a 15yr.old to do that.
I'd be extremely careful with their prices. Anthony will overcharge you!
In my case I was a sucker but on the long Anthony will not be getting my business of a custom made Kiosk built out I wanted to discussed with these guys. Loser. I Will Not Recommend doing business with the Crate People!

Anthony at Crate People was not only kind and respectful as a person, but he was very attentive and engaged with every detail I had in mind. Not only did he exceed my expectations with my first purchase of the beautifully crafted (zoria farms 3 crate) coffee table, but went above and beyond by custom making me another piece i had in mind. He turned my idea into a (canada dry 3 crate coffee table) work of art and for that, I recomend his shop for everything reclaimed and 100% authentic. Beware of cheap imitation knockoffs that are made with cheap material and imported. The Crate People are setting the bar for fully sustainable, handcrafted and functional works of art. Thanks again guys!

Very rude customer service! After having received a completely broken item, was informed it's unreasonable to expect the item to be usable and:

"If you are expecting a perfect crate – please go to a department store.

Please make sure you fully read and comprehend what you are purchasing - if you are unsure, do not purchase."

Thank you, as a "valued customer" of The Crate People I can comprehend what vintage is perfectly fine. Condescending and rude customer service, and when I contacted them the second person was also condescending and obnoxious, sending passive-aggressive emails in response to my concerns.

This leads me to think this business is run by one or two people, both of which care nothing for their customers and only for getting your money. Once they get payment, don't expect anything in return, especially not a decent product.

Customers, to this company, are an unfortunate by-product of doing business.
