I had always admired my Gram's chaise lounge, but after many years, the chaise was no longer usable and needed repair/reupholstering. The entire experience with The Fabric Mill was great. High touch, professional service. The before and after photos really speak for themselves. There was seamless pick-up and delivery, relieving stress about how I was going to transport this item which did not fit my in my car). The project was completed on time and within estimated cost. The hardest part was just waiting to get the piece back and truly see the transformation! Highly recommend Kaitlin, Carlos and the whole team.

Excellent!!! The people here are so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a terrible fire and they helped us re-upholster what was left. Amazingly, old pieces now look great. They also have a large selection of fabrics that are better priced than any store we visited. Our items were also ready before expected which we are so grateful for as we really needed these pieces.

I traveled 20 miles to this store to look for fabric to slipcover my 2-piece cushion set for a glider chair. They did have an abundance of fabrics to choose from. However, I really didn't appreciate being pushed toward custom work (new cushions, etc.) rather than slipcovers as I mentioned originally. I wasn't happy with their pricing, however, I found fabric to my liking and purchased what I thought was the correct amount, based on their recommendations. After taking my items to a reputable local upholsterer, I've come to find out that they oversold me by double the quantity!

Not only did I waste $70 plus tax, I'm left with an extra 2-1/2 yards of fabric I have no use for. I already have enough throw pillows to last me a lifetime! I emailed customer service to express my dissatisfaction but, surprise surprise, never heard back from them.

I thought that I was going to be treated fairly when I visited a store that has been in business for so many years. Needless to say I'm more than disappointed.

Was told 6-7 weeks.
Called at 8th week and NOW it’s 14-16 weeks!?!?!
They never updated or offer information on delay.
I will update review if/when my 2 chairs and ottoman arrive back; in I hope excellent condition- sooner rather then later.

UPDATE: my order arrived and the seat cushions were cut the wrong size. (See picture- blue is new (too thin) tan is old (correct proportion) Upholster ‘offered’ to make another set but I had to go to his shop to pick them up (40 min drive). but I did.
I’m just not happy with the experience or the final result.

Can’t rave enough about the beautiful job The Fabric Mill did reupholstering our dining room chairs that had been accosted by our toddlers. They made the process so easy and streamlined, kept us updated throughout and even finished the chairs well ahead of time. So grateful!! Before and after pics below.

The staff here was very helpful in helping us pick out fabric for cushions I was going to make. They had so much in there it was hard to decide. You can take samples as well. Thank you fabric mill for your help. The cushions I made turned out great looking.

I’ve recently started sewing home goods and WOW. This is THE PLACE for all of your interior fabric needs! Huge selection and varying price points! The staff is also super kind, patient, and helpful! Big shout out to Ana, Valermo, and Leandro! They were AWESOME!✨ I have a big curtain project so I was on a budget. Ana helped me find options that I could afford and I am very happy with my purchases and experience! I will *definitely* be back again and will tell my friends about y’all! Thank you!!
