I've had a pretty long relationship with Three Pedals, going back to 2015 when I first brought them my Impala SS. (In fact, my Impala is the one pictured in the google listing, right after they worked on it). From basic maintenance to light customization to their three pedal manual conversion kit and ultimately an LS swap, I have been blown away by the expertise and customer service Three Pedals brings to bear. Great guys who love cars, sell top quality products, stand behind what they sell, and ultimately put the customer first. IHighly recommended!

I really wanted to love this company and product. I had been thinking about ordering the pedals in 2022. I saw they were backordered. So, I waited until December 2023 to order. My thought was, it had already been 12 months, they should be close to getting things shipped. Like most have arrested to, every time you call, it’s a new excuse. It’s always shipping at the end of the following month. Finally, I had enough. I asked for a refund of my deposit in June 2024. Still have not received it. My car has been off the road for about 18 months waiting for these pedals. Disappointed is an understatement.

My husband has been waiting for his pedals since December 2022 every time he calls is a song and dance. There’s a problem with the electric. So many more Excuses there are too many to list he was calling them every couple months then every couple Weeks they keep telling him It’s going to be sent out in a couple weeks a couple months not sure when they’re gonna send it out. They’re coming close to Filling his order That’s what they told him the last time he Spoke to anyone. About three weeks ago They were down to four employees But they expect to have his Petals to him by the end of July now he’s been trying to call and the number keeps saying there’s a problem that can’t be completed as dialed and they’re always off-line if you want to email them He is getting very upset and so am I he’s been waiting 20 months. That is ridiculous. While the people are very polite when you speak to them. They never have an answer. Who knows if he’ll ever get it or ever get to speak to anybody at this company ever again if anybody at this company reads this could you please Call him same last name as mine. You have his order with what number to call.

We desperately needed a driveshaft for our C10, they helped us understand the parts that we needed and the process to measure it accurately. It took about two weeks, but everything is perfect. My husband is ecstatic! Thanks for making that happen!

I bought a used T56 from Josh for my 94 Mustang. Although I did the installation myself, Josh was always available to walk me through the tough parts (like indexing the bellhousing to the crankshaft center) and provide support and advice. Very satisfied. Thx Josh.

Buyer beware!! I had an order placed 12/10/23 still have yet to receive the clutch pedal assembly. Was told it would ship end of December, then February, then March. Still nothing. Now they won't reply to my messages, emails or phone calls. I received half of the order of parts that are now useless without the rest of the order. So I'm am now stuck with $900 of parts that are useless to me. Absolutely terrible customer support. Seems like this is a trend after reading reviews. Purely bad business!!

I'm an automotive technician here in Chicago it's important to share I am not the purchasing client in the experience. Now my client purchased the whole package from here only difference is we had it shipped to my dealer for my installation of it. First things seemed punctual but, 1 star is far more than this experience deserves. They took money for a the promise of a product and will not provide the part. I've seen every excuse to come from this business on going for 3+ years. We have received all parts for the conversion but ironically the only part we need is the only reason this place clings to it's unique market opportunity is you guess it? If you guessed that we are still waiting on the only thing they actually make your correct "3 pedals" . The experience of ours and many others seems to demonstrate a very poor appreciation of the trade. I will be exploring alts to getting this project complete and when I find the fit product to finish the 4000 lbs death machine I've built I will share it with all. I can only hope that this business and it's people can do the right thing first. Send us our parts! You accepted our funding with no problems at all but you give us nothing if you don't give us the pedals. Good luck to all reading this
