Sales team was very friendly. I ordered a chair and ottoman. The manufacturing time took about 4 weeks longer than estimated and the quality of the finished chair left something to be desired. Staples were coming out of the upholstery. Would not recommend, at least this product.

Awesome selection and the furniture is grouped together to make it easy to find! Sam gave us an awesome deal! Don’t waste your time at the other furniture stores, go direct to Tim’s and see Sam for great service and free delivery under 50 miles!!!

Tim's furniture a great store to get the furniture. They have very good collections of all types of furniture bed, dining table, chairs, sofa. They have a very good collection of mattresses and they are very comfy. The customer representative Stacey and Sam were amazing people too.

Went to Tim's Furniture in Hagerstown for the first time today and was amazed at their prices and the great selection they had. Christine our salesperson was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful! The manager was friendly and gave us a great deal!! We will go back for sure!

Delightful lady named Christina waited on us and after listening to our needs immediately took of right to the swivel dining chairs we were interested in seeing. We are particularly interested in specific size/style to fit our kitchen dinette and this lady made it easy as this is a huge store! After a little more conversation she told us they only have floor stock to show and it would take about 2 weeks to get an order which worked well with our schedule and our order was placed. Thanks Christina for your attention to our details! However, the next day we got a call alerting us the order was placed but our order was going to take a month for delivery, so not as originally stated, but since we were looking for small footprint style for our kitchen and were pleased with both the design & comfort of the chairs selected we agreed. We will do the second part or follow up for this review once we have them! See you on the flip side as they say!

Stacy was very helpful and kind. The owner was also very kind. Everyone was great to work with and we are very excited about our new table!!
Update... Received our table during week 6 of our 4-6 week delivery estimate. We are very happy with it and it's delivery. Thanks for making sure it got here before our housewarming this weekend!
