I just had the most uncomfortable and offensive experience at this location. A staff member was overly familiar with my aunt and me. He made multiple rude comments and "jokes" that were very personal. I could tell he was making assumptions about my age and occupation. Not wanting to make a scene, I responded with the grey rock method, but I walked out of there enraged and disgusted by the whole experience. Even if I was a twenty-something working a minimum wage job and living in an undesirable part of Harlem, I would be deserving of a modicum of respect. That is clearly what he assumed about me, though and it was the tackiest, most cringe interaction I've had maybe ever. He shouldn't need to know my net worth or how well I live to do his job and treat me properly. Management needs to invest in better training.

I had a great experience with two agents in two different states—Herbert in New York downtown Manhattan and Emily in Massachusetts. Both both were just 10 out of 10 and I really appreciate all the help after an ordeal trying to get signed up with another carrier that never materialized for nearly 2 months. So thank you thank you you for getting me back on track quickly and seamlessly.

Worse customer service, the manager is horrible, really bad attitude, very rude and unprofessional, didn’t get her name, one of the reps was high couldn’t even keep his eyes open, while trying to assist me. Will never go there again
