I couldn’t ask for a better experience from the team at warehouse showrooms. First, they don’t work on commission, so anyone can help you and it’s the most informative and low pressure experience ever. Jorge, Andy, John, and everyone else have been so excellent to work with.

I came looking at a Rowe sectional and they helped me pick the perfect one, ordered me 20 different off white fabrics (aggressive I know but I needed options), and were so patient with me through my decision process.

Their pricing was the best I found and I knew I wanted to buy from a small local business, so I placed the order for my couch and waited for it to come in. The fabric ended up being on back order so we were going to be without a couch for a few weeks. When I called them in a panic they said no worries, they’d get me a loaner in a few days. It was SO generous and held us over until our sectional arrived.

Delivery was seamless and even faster than they quoted me. When it arrived it was so perfect and somehow exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend warehouse showrooms enough!

We wanted to buy a hardwood bedroom set for our young son to use now and take with him when he is old enough. After much search, we found a high-quality set at Warehouse Showrooms Furniture. We also added a hardwood TV console on the same order for delivery. We were touched to see Rusty carefully fix a minor issue with the drawer and put an entire bed together for another customer prior to delivery to ensure perfect fit in that customer's home. Thanks to Mike G, Andy, Rusty for your help in selecting the pieces, and for the great job of the delivery crew - Mike, Geo and Jeff. We hope to buy more furnitures from them in the future and continue to support this multi-generational family store!

Quality furniture at most reasonable prices! Rare to find an entire team of owners and staff knowing their products inside out and treating you as a truly valued customer. I had an amazing experience with Andy and Rusty who bent over backwards to accommodate my changing needs due to a health crisis between the order and delivery of my bedroom set.
No hesitation, total compassion and always smiling. They even came to my house to cut a notch in the baseboard to fit my dresser perfectly (please see attached pic). I doubt I will go anywhere else when I need custom furniture in the future. My best wishes for ongoing success of this family owned business that has been around for decades. Cheers!!!

We have been buying furniture from the Warehouse Showrooms for 20 years on a recommendation of my parents who shopped here before then. They are the best place to buy quality hand crafted furniture made in the USA. I highly recommend visiting the store for their thoughful customer service, esp from John and Jorge. We bought 1 sofa and 1 chair and a sectional sofa in the past year or so. Before that, we bought a wooden kitchen table and 4 chairs, a sideboard and a sleeper sofa, all of which have lasted beautifully for the past 20 years.

While beautifully designed and constructed furniture drew us to Warehouse Showrooms, incredible customer service makes us return! We have purchased a dining room set, an assortment of tables, bookcases, and chairs from stools to recliners. When our thirty-five-year-old chair fell and cracked, Rusty repaired it at no charge. When I misjudged the size of a recliner, he offered a refund or credit. Experience and congeniality, not competition, among the salespersons help make visits informative and enjoyable. Pha arranged prompt and careful delivery. This will remain our go-to story for its furniture and excellent staff.

Very low pressure, friendly and informative.
Delivery came, very uneventful, and they removed the old couch. Couch is solid as a rock, and the fabric is fantastic, doesn't stain, can safely clean it with bleach, and feels like actual fabric.

Although we specifically requested a manual, my wife decided she wanted the electric instead after having issues in full reclined mode (I checked at Marlo and disxovered this is a design feature of all manual recliner mechanisms). They are upgrading us to the electric model for a pittance.

We had previously ordered swivel chairs here, and were so satisfied we ordered a couch and two reclining chairs. Not able to take delivery right away, the store agreed to wait for four months. The delivery was carefully and efficiently done. Would strongly recommend them from sales to placement.
