If you want to place an order and get it 2 days later, this is not the place. If you want to support an American small business that is active in the community, and builds very well designed products then this is the place. I made my first purchase from Warfab over a year ago and couldnt be more happy with the products, especially the bumpers. I have beat the hell out of them for over a year with not a single issue. Just understand it is a small business. It takes time to build the products, it takes time to answer questions and emails just have a little patience. The products are worth the wait, and honestly the lead times are not bad if you look across the industry at lead times. If you want to come see for yourself what the armor can do plan a trip for Best of the West, and event put on by Warfab

I ordered a front bumper , it took a while to receive it. However that being said , I did read thier statement and it arrived before the time posted.
Once it came in I looked it over, great welds and while fitting it on my truck there was very little mucking about. Fit like a charm and am in process of final steps. I agree that communication could be a little faster , but they did always answer questions. As a small business owner myself I understand time is very limited. Overall I had a great interaction.

I had excellent communication prior to my rear bumper order. WarFab completed the order timely especially in comparison to some other companies. WarFab was flexible with my needs and I couldn't be happier with my bumper. When the time comes to replace the front I'll definitely be considering their offerings

Mike is a solid dude that whipped up a 1 off softtopper rack to hold our rtt. I needed to make some changes on the fly and he made it happen. Would definately recommend him for any specialty fabwork.

i bought a bumper from these people beginning of the year (2024), tried to get ahold of them regarding my order and it was like pulling teeth. Ended up deciding to go a different route with my truck and asked them to cancel and have yet to hear from them.

Worst communication ive delt with.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I attempted to purchase a rear bumper from these buffoons last year. They have no idea how to treat their customers. I understand that lead times take a while but that’s not the issue, the issue is the communication with warfab. I would simply go an ask for an update and they took it as if I was trying to be pushy and rush their work. I just wanted to know when my bumper was going to be ready. Finally, I asked again when my bumper would be ready and instead of giving me an answer these clowns just went and gave me a refund for my purchase. Mike and Ashley have no idea how to run a company properly. If they knew what they were doing they would prioritize customer service.

Overall for a $2k+ purchase you guys can do much better in the customer service/ conmunication department.

-6 mo turn time order to arrival
-2 delays neither proactively communicated
- zero general instructions or guidance of cut length or YouTube install video as promised

I was initially very patient and the turn time isn't the end of the world, but it got to me how they can't respond to an email or provide basic custom service such as install instructions, but they have time to complain about their customers on Tacoma world forums.

In the end, I would highly recommend against ordering anything online from Warfab- the bumper looks quality, but I'm not even sure I'll install this thing, I may end up selling it after I get it powder coated because I really don't want to rock or support warfab.

Stay away from this scam of a company. I am currently writing for my younger brother who has put a down payment on a front bumper from warfab after working all summer. Unfortunately things did not go to plan after the payment. After waiting patiently for over 2 months for the product to be finished, we had yet to hear feedback from the company. We decided to reach out, after 3 different emails and 1 week of expecting a response. They finally got back to us and said they haven't even began the fabrication process. After extreme disappointment, we requested a refund to go another route with a company that knows the properties of supply and demand. To our surprise they denied the request of a refund. I highly suggest finding another company to fulfill your fabrication needs, this one has displayed disloyal business practices and questionable customer support, or lack thereof I should say.
