I love Z&R furniture, they are so friendly very professional. Their products are very good, very good quality. I always look for the best wood so this is my second time buying dresser with them and I’m very happy with my furniture. Excellent material, and excellent care with customer. Large selection. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Is the dresser not quite the color you're looking for? "Let me show you all the colors/wood grains it comes in" I left having ordered exactly what I was looking for without having to any place else. *I had been out as far as Gaithersburg, MD from Stafford, VA!

They delivered 4 chairs, a table, and a large credenza to our home. They built the table and chairs right in front of us. The credenza was injured and they noticed immediately. I'm not sure I would have noticed it right away, but they took care of it so I didnt even gave to think about it. The replacement was there in 2 days, hand delivered to my basement. Also, my house was a long drive for them.

There was so much hands on service I had to write a review. I love that they carry the England brand which is nice for me because it's economical. I have a twelve year old England which we had restuffed about 3 years ago and now it's like new. I had just gone to another huge furniture retailer nearby, but wanted a little more quality, so I'm glad I chose this store.

This is my first time purchasing with Z&R Furniture, and it was a great experience. I happened to see a piece on their website while doing a search that I wanted to buy for some time and had seen at several more well known national furniture/home decor sellers. Their price was $600 + less than other pricing I had seen and this was a local company, so I bought it. The online ordering and confirmation process was seamless, customer service calling to answer a few questions from me was good, and the white glove delivery into my house was flawless, setting it up completely and taking away the considerable packing. I'll definitely be looking back to them to source things, or even to try to find something I have seen elsewhere. It's always great to support local businesses, especially when they have an outstanding ordering and delivery system and process.

The easiest furniture shopping experience I have ever had. My wife and I walked in, told the consultants what we were looking for, and while they didn't have what we wanted, they had something very similar from the same manufacturer for us to test out. We were told that the one we wanted was in stock and could be delivered in 2 days. With the shape of our supply chain, I was in shock, and we went ahead with the purchase. Delivery was on time, they ensured we were happy with a full inspection, and off they went. Seamless, polite, and affordable all at the same time. Highly recommended.

I bought a designer urban style bed with dresser/mirror and nightstand on September 8, 2021. Apparently it was the last piece. When they delivered the furniture the upholstered had a stain on it and they tried it remove it with a solution that had bleach or something which made it discolored and the bed was ruined. They said they'll get a specialist to fix it and after few days they said we can't fix it and told me there is nothing they can do. As a big furniture store how is it possible you can't fix the issue? The bed was ruined because of the solution they used and they are refusing to take the responsibility. When I call them they don't pick up. Real shame when a big furniture store can't fix the problem they created.

Very Good shopping experience at this Great store! Had gotten the best information from Afroza before making it in to purchase our sofa. Mohamad was So helpful, knowledgeable, & very customer service oriented and I feel good about our order we placed with him. We haven’t received our furniture yet , But he is keeping us in the loop as to when and why the date changed. Factory is taking a week off for the Holiday. I feel when it does arrive it will be Awesome and looking so forward to it and doing business with them again!
Highly recommend Z&R and chose them over a highly advertised dealer in the area, So Glad we did!!! 5 Stars
